Nancy Judovits is Dedicated to providing relevant and reliable information about the Collegeville/Phoenixville, King of Prussia and Main Line area real estate market.
This blog is named in honor of her youngest child, Emily, who is on the Autistic Spectrum. Autism manifests in Emily as primarily a communication and social disorder. In 2002 when she was 9, and not terribly verbal, she wrote a story in school about her Mom called, “The Selling House Mom”. This does not seem terribly remarkable from a 9 year old but this was the first time Emily had expressed herself this clearly. From this very simplistic prose it was obvious Emily knew who Nancy was and what she did. She somehow truely caught the essense of her Mom at work. It hangs today on a wall in Nancy’s office. It goes like this:
“An old neighbor lives in a old house. Then this neighbor moved to a new house. This house got sold. And mom sayd good day enjoy your new house. The man and his wife got in the house. And mom comes home.” Love, Emily
To learn more of how Emily thinks and, more importantly, how far she has come, follow her BLOG Life With Emily where she talks about raising a teenager on the ASD spectrum.
Nancy was raised in New England and moved to southeastern Pennsylvania in 1982. She lives in Montgomery county with her husband, the two of her four children still at home and two Shih Tzus, Max and Gus. Having extensive customer service experience in the construction and banking industries, real estate was a good career move for her. She has been providing real estate services to buyers and sellers since 2001 in Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties.
